With another week of preseason done and gone, and the NFL one week closer to the regular season, let's at five rookies who showed flashes of brilliance in week 2:
Joique Bell
Bell led the Buffalo Bills rushing attack in their week 2 game against Indianapolis as he rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown, outdoing fellow rookie running back CJ Spiller.
Week 2 Stats:
11 Rushing attempts for 80 Yards (1 Touchdown, AVG 7.3, Long 12)
1 Reception for 9 yards
Aaron Hernandez

Week 2 Stats:
4 Receptions for 46 Yards (1 Touchdown, AVG 11.5, Long 21)
Seyi Ajirotutu
Ajirotutu showed some big play ability in his week 2 preseason game. Even with only 3 receptions, he managed to put up 71 yards, most of it coming on a big 56 yard reception.
Week 2 Stats:
3 Receptions for 71 Yards (AVG 23.7, Long 56)
Hall Davis

Davis was an effective pass rushed in his only preseason game so far, picking up a few tackles but mainly two sacks.

Joe Webb
Webb against San Fran in week 2, and showed promise of a dynamic mobile passer. While he only passed for under 50 yards, he didn't turn the ball over, and also rushed for over 53 yards and a touchdown, showing blazing speed.

7 completions for 47 yards (3.4 AVG, 50% Completion)
3 Rushing attempts for 53 Yards (1 Touchdown, AVG 17.7, Long 48)
